Migrating from Hopps v1
Experts migrating from Hopps v1 will have to create a new account and request to add Hopps Help topics that they had previously been helping with
Requirements
The only major requirements to create a Freelancer Pro account are:
- Valid payout account verified through Stripe
- Access to a desktop computer or large tablet
Mobile app
There is no current App Store / Google Store app for Hopps right now, and all notifications are sent through text and email. A mobile phone number is strongly suggested to receive notifications in a timely manner.
Cost
Freelancer Pro is currently available free of charge, but there are fees charged per help session and task done through the platform. Fees are assessed based on the help topic and the method of delivering help (offline work or live sessions). Learn more about help topics here.
Geographical availability
While anyone can request help on Hopps as a client, activating Freelancer Pro is only available to users in the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- Mexico
If you do not see your country on this list, please email us at support@hopps.io and we will provide you with details on when Hopps will be offered in your country.
