Finalizing a session
At the end of a session, experts have the opportunity to finalize the session cost
The final cost of a session will be shown to the expert as soon as the session is ended. You will have three options to finalize the session:
- No adjustment needed
- Applying a flat discount to the session cost
- Offering the session for free
Important
Sessions that are not finalized by the expert are automatically finalized by the system one hour after the session ends with no adjustments
Once a session is finalized, the payout process will begin.
