Discounts are offered by either an expert or by Hopps and can only be applied to help sessions

Which codes can be used and how?

Codes received by the Hopps team can be used only on any Hopps Help topic. Codes received by an expert can only be used on that expert's help topics.

Applying a discount

To apply a discount to a session, click the "Add discount" button at the bottom of the session request page.

This button will only appear after you have selected a help topic.

Discounts cannot be added after a session has been requested or after it has been completed.
