Scheduled help sessions

Scheduled help sessions are an easy way to book experts based on availability

You can submit a help session request for a scheduled session by selecting up to 5 times that you could be available to have the session. An expert will confirm one of the times you provide to book the session.

Steps

Generally, a successful scheduled session consists of the following steps:

1. Requesting the session
2. Waiting for a matched expert to confirm the booking
3. Joining the session at the confirmed time and date
4. Collaborating live with the expert in real-time
5. Payment and review

Rescheduling

Sessions can only be rescheduled by the expert. If you need to reschedule a session, please message the expert and ask them to change the start time of the session. Any requests for rescheduling must be made at least 30 minutes before the session start time.

Alternatively, you can also cancel the session and submit a new request.

Cancelling a scheduled session

A scheduled session can be cancelled by either the expert or by any invited clients if done so 30 minutes before the session start time.
